Finishing your Plates
The 'Finishing Your Plates' demonstration will show you how food manufacturers are making sure sustainable product development results in reducing our food waste. We do not want to waste food we enjoy and using new technologies to preserve and package foods provides the option to store and portion them so that zero food becomes possible. 'Finishing Your Plate' will show you how this is achieved with some of our favorite fruits and vegetables by demonstrating the processes behind the food label that can help us to deliver sustainable meals.
